Boating Options offered at the Lodge
Lake Rispopatrón, Cascades, Hiking at Arrayanes and Lunch
The adventure begins aboard a motorboat, sailing the clear waters of Lake Risopatrón. Surrounded by the Queulat National Park, the lake’s shore is almost untouched by man, preserving the pristine quality of this unique place on Earth and allowing visitors to appreciate nature as it was intended.
There will be a visit to a cascade, which falls into the lake, followed by lunch prepared on Arrayanes Beach. There is an optional hike on the southern shore of the lake after lunch, lasting approximately an hour and a half.

Rosselot Lake:
This excursion takes you aboard one of our motorboats to explore Lake Rosselot. During the outing, you will be able to appreciate landmarks of significant beauty, including the Figueroa and Bordalí deltas and the birthplace of Rosselot River. The southern edge of the lake is also a beautiful sight as rocky cliffs and lush forest form a wall around this end of the lake. Around midday, lunch will be prepared near the Bordalí delta.

Arrayanes Beach and Patagonian Roast
On a nice day we suggest spending a day at Arrayanes Beach. This beach is surrounded by a dense forest of Arrayan, an endemic species of the region. For lunch, a special treat: Patagonian Roast in a specially equipped barbeque area on the beach.
After lunch you can relax on the beach or participate in a 1.5 hour walk on the shore of Lake Risopatrón

Drifting down Palena River
This outing consists in a sightseeing trip down Palena River aboard one of our Drift Boats or Catarafts. One of the main advantages of these vessles is that they do not pollute as they are powered and steered by hand and they emit no sound whatsoever, making the journey incredibly peaceful. During this outing you will be able to appreciate the riverbank and its stunning views, guided by the pace of the river itself.

Drifting down Risopatrón River
Sightseeing drift down Risopatrón River. Inmerse in splendid natural beauty, you can observe the river and its bank, surrounded by the deep silence of Patagonia, only interrupted by the sounds of the flowing river. During the first day you will travel the first 30 Km (18.64 Mi) of the river. The following day the excursion takes you to the joining of the Risopatrón and Palena rivers. Day 2 is optional.

Jet Boat Alto Palena
Enjoy a high speed Jet Boat trip on Palena River, up to Alto Palena. This is an outing suited perfectly for those who enjoy speed and adrenalin, all the time surrounded by pristine evergreen forest.

Jet Boat Raúl Marín Balmaceda
This outing is ideal for visitors who want to combine adventure and history. The route taken is the original route by which the first pioneers navigated and settled along the bank of the Palena River.
The trip begins in La Junta, traveling by Jet Boat down the Palena and the impressive Garrao Canal to the Raul Marín Balmaceda port. Speedboats are the best way to travel the great distance between both places and leaves time for exploring both locations on foot.
