Conditions
Rates:
All above mentioned rates does not include V.A.T., except where
specifically mentioned.
The rates are subject to change without previous notice. We kindly
invite our customers to verify our price list when confirming
the booking.
Foreign passengers, non-residents in Chile, may invoke the benefits
of DL 825, Art 12 and be excepted from the payment of V.A.T. charges
on all hotel services. In this case, payment in foreign currency
(US Dollar) is mandatory.
Credit card charges are not accepted on services provided at promotional
rates or subject to discount.
Children:
Free accommodation for children under
2 years, provided they share a room with least two adults. In
case an additional bed is required for children below two years
old, the actual extra-bed rate subject to 15% discount shall be
available.
Extra bed for children between 2 and 6 years old sharing a room
with at least two adults, shall receive a 15% discount.
Reservations:
Reservations will take into consideration,
the number of people composing the group, the kind of accommodation
required, the rates in effect during the reservation period, and
the services required by the passengers; The hotel shall honor
any confirmed reservation from 16:00 hours (local time) on the
first day of the reservation until 12:00 noon (local time) on
the following day.
For reservations by fax, please indicate requirements (arrival
and departure dates, number of guests and kind of accommodation
required, etc.) and include Credit Card number (Visa, Master or
Dinners), cardholder full name and month/year of expiry. This
information is only required to back up the reservation, there
will be no anticipated charges.
Changes:
Any changes on confirmed reservations
are subject to the hotel availability, and shall only be processed
10 days prior to the first day of the reservation.
Passengers leaving the hotel with anticipation shall pay 50 per
cent of the room rate for any reserved days remaining.
No Show:
One night accommodation will be charged to any no show passenger having reservations supported by a credit card. The hotel reserves the right to dispose of any reservations for no show passengers after 18:00 hours (local time) on the day following the passengers intended arrival. In case of a later arrival, the hotel reserves the right to grant accommodation subject availability, but the no show fees shall still be charged.
Pets:
No pets are allowed.
Cancellation of reservations supported by Credit cards:
Any cancellation request shall be
faxed to (056-67-325128) before 18:00 hours (local time) of the
day before the reservation commences.
Any cancellation after this
deadline will be considered as a No Show
Check IN/Out Times:
Check In 16:00 Hrs.
Check Out 12:00 Hrs.
NOTES:
Lodging prices depend on the number of persons occupying the accomodations.
The breakfast is included only for passengers using Cabins. (Chalets
and the hut are equipped with a kitchenette).
All above prices are EXCLUSIVE of VAT; Please refer to special
VAT conditions for foreigners visiting Chile.
All registered passengers may use the hotel heated swimming pool.
We reserve the right to modify our rates and conditions at any
moment.
The hotel reserves the right of admission.
Activities:
The activities that complement a certain program can vary for diverse causes, changing the order offered or if it is impossible to do the activity offering another of similar value.
The activities have different grades of danger and requirements
of personal physical strength and also involve the health of the
participant. If we consider that the participant is not capable
to do the activity for one reason or the other we shall explain
the dangers and offer another activity more suitable for the participant.
If the participant insists to participate in the activity, the
participant must sign a waiver form freeing El Pangue of all responsibility
and liability and acknowledging the dangers involved.
All the high risk activities considered by the company will be
acknowledged by the participant by signing a statement of responsibility.
We reserve the right for not granting access
to the Risopatron lake through our premises.
The dock is for the exclusive use of our
hotel.
