Restaurant

Food served at the lodge aims to replicate the Patagonian experience, blending authentic Chilean cuisine with the rustic local produce. Food is richly paired with the best Chilean wines, with a wide selection of the best our country has to offer, perfect for any food and any occasion.

Bar

The bar serves a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is a wide selection of Chilean wines, handpicked from some of the best vineyards in the country. Other favorites include Pisco Sour, Vaina and the locally brewed beers.

Patagonian Barbeque

Our outdoor barbeque hosts regular Patagonian-style roasts. Whole lambs are roasted on a spit in the true tradition of the Patagonian settlers.
